Refund Policy for the ₹99 Demo

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a demo fee refund when all of the following apply:

• You booked the EduSmartUp Web Developer Demo Class by paying the ₹99 seat fee.
• You attended the scheduled demo session or contacted support if you could not join due to a genuine issue.
• You submit the refund request using the same phone number or WhatsApp number used during registration.
• The request is related to the demo seat fee only, not to a separate full-course payment plan.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request on WhatsApp with your registration details so the team can verify the payment quickly.

1. Message +91 9334273772 on WhatsApp.
2. Share your full name, registered phone number, payment date, and transaction/payment ID if available.
3. Mention that you want a refund for the Web Developer Demo Class seat fee.

4. Processing Time

After verification, refund processing is initiated to the original payment method used for the demo seat booking. Bank, UPI, card, wallet, or payment gateway settlement timelines may vary, but refunds normally reflect within 3-5 business days after processing.

If a payment failed but money was debited, send the transaction screenshot on WhatsApp. Such cases are checked separately with the payment gateway.

5. Full Course Fee Adjustment

If you decide to continue after the demo, the ₹99 demo seat fee is adjusted against your full course fee. In that case, no separate demo fee refund is required because the amount becomes part of your course payment.
